Depowise roots originate from NetGroup Ltd, leading Nordic software development and consultancy firm with more than 21 years of experience across the EMEA region. Depowise was initially designed for one of the largest Nordic based banks. However over time we realized that there is a much broader demand for our unique solution. As a result, the founders decided to pursue this opportunity and started Depowise Ltd. Today, Depowise is an independent company serving asset servicers and asset managers across EMEA. Our asset servicing business unit focuses on depositary banks, fund administrators and transfer agents. Whilst our other core focus is on investment managers and management companies.

Sven enjoys the challenge of turning complicated processes into highly usable IT systems. Sven has 15 years of experience in designing and building different IT systems that have benefitted multiple EMEA region customers in asset management and e-business sectors. Sven is the Head of FinTech and a board member of Net Group, a Nordic business development and IT company. He has a Master of Science degree in Informatics from Tallinn University of Technology.
Passionate about technology and finance, Artur has spent the last 10 years at one of the biggest fintech companies globally, Bloomberg L.P. in London. Through consultative selling, advising some of the largest sell-side and buy-side institutions across EMEA on how to improve their target operating model. Before Bloomberg, Artur worked for other prominent names such Standard & Poor's and Société Générale. Equipped with deep industry knowledge and passion, he is the co-founder of Depowise and focuses on the company's growth-related activities.
Mait is hugely passionate about technology and innovation. He is constantly on the lookout for the latest trends in the industry to apply best practices to Depowise. With more than 10 years in the industry, he’s spent the past 8 of it at NetGroup, where he was chief solutions architect. He was also heavily involved in building out the state of the art integrations platform, which is one of the core pillars of Depowise. His other passion is teaching. For the past 5 years, he’s been teaching students at the prestigious TalTech IT college courses related to SOA architecture using various Microsoft technologies.
Steven has more than 15 years of experience in the banking and funds industry based in Luxembourg. Having worked for institutions such as M. M. Warburg & Co. and Commerzbank, he brings deep industry knowledge and expertise. Over the past few years, he has been the CEO of BASL. S.a.r.l, where he has consulted some of the largest financial institutions to achieve operational alpha, change management, project management, data analysis and transformation. Additionally, he is specialized and equipped with a Six Sigma certification. Steven is responsible for Depowise's business across Benelux and DACH regions.
