As the Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst, you have to understand the industry inside and out, have good analytical skills, and have experience in project management to be able to connect the dots between customer needs and our ready-to-use solution in a way that meets customer needs and stay within a tight timeline.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER & BUSINESS ANALYST

Location: Luxembourg

Position Overview:
We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst with a minimum of 7 years of experience in large IT implementations and asset servicing, specifically depositaries. This role involves working closely with C-level executives, managing complex projects, and analysing business requirements to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale IT implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to gather requirements, identify solutions, and drive continuous improvement in our product.
• Engage with C-level executives and stakeholders to present project updates, business insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure project success.
• Travel up to 30% of the time to various client sites and company locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large IT implementation projects.
• Extensive experience in asset servicing (depositaries, asset management companies, and transfer agencies).
• Strong ability to interact and negotiate with C-level executives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Good command of English. Any other language is an asset.
